Happ has been recovering from a strained left forearm and has not pitched in the big leagues since April 15 against Washington.

The 27-year-old southpaw is 1-0 and has not allowed an earned run in 10 1/3 innings over two major league starts.

He has made a total of six rehabilitation starts at three different levels in the minor leagues over the last 3 1/2 weeks and has compiled a 1-1 record with a 6.93 earned run average.
