Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Nashville Predators have signed defenseman Jack Hillen to a one-year, two-way contract. Hillen had spent the first three-plus seasons with the New York Islanders. Last season, he had a career-best 22 points (4 goals, 18 assists) over 64 games. He ranked second on the Isles in blocks with 137. The 25-year-old Hillen has compiled eight goals and 42 assists in 175 contests.
